Temperature derating at commissioning
Inverter output was measured at midday surface temperatures above 55 °C. The commissioning sheet records the derated output so the operator's expectations match summer performance.
Built for a second phase
Ducting for eight charger posts was installed with the structure, so phase two does not require reopening the parking surface.
